Job Description
- Following up the operation of the performance evaluation process
- Initiation of Target Card Determination, Interim Period Evaluation and Year-End Evaluation periods
- Making performance results analysis with utilizing tools such as SAP, Power BI etc.
- Feeding the performance process by implementing improvement suggestions with the principle of continuous improvement
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in related area
- Minimum 2 years' experience in performance management or as HRBP within a complex HR Structure
- Good knowledge of MS Office (advanced level Excel and PowerPoint)
- Good knowledge of both written and spoken of English
- Seeking perfection in everything she / he does
- She / he does not accept mediocrity around them
- Solves problem in an elegant and creative way
- Flexible yet detailed and highly organized
- Having strong communication and planning skills, eager to learn and research
