Main Responsibilities:

Launch Strategy & Readiness
  • Build pre-launch and post-launch marketing execution strategy in alignment with global guidelines and company objectives & execute pre-launch readiness
  • Develop strong & trustful relationships with all key stakeholders (Local, Regional & Corporate Level) directly or indirectly involved in the execution of Strategic Launch Plan
  • In line with GBU priorities and goals, support the early-stage pre-launch processes of new products that are expected to be launched within Specialty Care in different therapeutic areas
  • To monitor the innovations, market developments and competitor activities regarding the product(s) he/she is in charge of; to keep the product vision dynamic in accordance with the market conditions
  • The hired person is planned to be appointed as “Immunology Brand Lead” following the launch of the product
Additonal responsibilities at Immunology Post-Launch Period
  • Focus on Immunology Brand/Launch Management Directly
  • Be the focal point and drive local & above country processes (Financial & Supply Forecasts, Franchise Plans) in Immunology
  • To communicate the product marketing strategies to the sales team through both product training and periodical meetings; to ensure cooperation regarding the strategies and to monitor the results.
  • Coordinate all field activities (MSL, SF etc.) for Immunology team in the post-launch period in close collaboration with Immunology Lead
  • Deliver financial objectives (sales, profitability, promotion expense) in line or above the strategic exercise
Maintain Compliance
  • Abide by the requirements of the Code of Ethics including but not restricted to maintaining high professional standards of conduct in line with the Company procedure with a duty of care to the reputation of the Company
Ethical Leadership
  • Takes personal accountability to use personal experience and knowledge, as well as the training and tools provided by Sanofi, to maintain a good knowledge and understanding of all ethics and governance relevant to the role (Sanofi Policies and Procedures and any relevant legal requirements) and demonstrate personal leadership in applying these to all work undertaken
  • Escalates any decisions, or seek the support of colleagues or management if personal knowledge and understanding is not at the level required to carry out any part of the role
Environmental and Safety Leadership
To care for his/her own safety and wellbeing and the safety of others, and to co-operate with the company to ensure a safe place of work. To comply with Occupational Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) related processes and procedures, provide his/her team (if has) complying to these issues and audit them. Employees are therefore expected to:
  • Support and conform to Company safety rules and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy working environment
  • Report any accident, incident or near miss, whether it be of personal injury or property damage
  • Assist in the investigation of accidents with the objective of introducing measures to prevent recurrence
  • Thoroughly read all safety documentation issues by the Company and comply with its requirements. Escalate any doubts or uncertainties to their supervisor and / or manager
Required Qualifications & Experience:
  • Graduate degree in business management, economics or engineering; post-graduate degree in business (MBA, eMBA, Marketing etc.) is prefered
  • At least 3 years of marketing experience in pharma sector, preferably in multinational companies with leading brands
Skills
  • Transversal leadership capabilities
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills, with a strong capacity to organize workload.
  • Ability to lead, communicate and guide execution of the strategic direction for a project
  • Strategic thinking and strong business analytical abilities
  • Proven Project Management expertise working with cross-functional groups.
  • Medico-marketing expertise (launch background preferable)
  • A high sense of anticipation on market expectations and environmental changes.
  • Ability to challenge, influence and recommend alternatives.
  • Agility & resilience
  • Fluent in Turkish is a must as the role will interact with local stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Sense of anticipation, confidentiality and responsibility
