Position Summary:
Munters is looking to fill the Learning & Development Specialist position for the Americas Region. This position is based in one of our locations in the United States with a hybrid work arrangement.
The Learning & Development Specialist is responsible for a wide array of learning and development tasks to support local facilities across the Americas in LMS Administration, technical training, and leadership development. Under direction of the Learning and Development Manager, you will actively participate in projects focused on aligning learning and development solutions with business priorities within the Americas.
Job responsibilities include:
- The LMS Administration across the Americas, as well as rolling out updates/changes in system function as they arise. Act as first point of contact for local HR for issues in relation to the LMS System
- Provide advanced facilitation skills and classroom management techniques to deliver functional and soft skill topics/content both remotely and in person
- Maintain program cohesiveness by following through with pre, during, and post training activities including survey collection, knowledge checks, success stories, & barriers to implementation, relationship management
- Facilitate hands-on learning labs, train the trainer sessions, business optimization, problem solving, and identify client needs for additional support
- Provide post training survey data and summary to training requestor to show completion, impact and measure training when appropriate/applicable
- Prepare and deliver communications to instructors and participants including training dates, locations, enrollment information, transportation and other necessary enrollment information methodologies
- Assist in the development of SOPs and training curriculum
- Upload and configure eLearning content and learning management system to ensure the end-users best experience.
Qualifications:
- Experience to facilitate/conduct instructor-led and virtual training in a classroom and/or web-based setting
- At least 3-5 years of training development and delivery experience in a corporate environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Adult Education, Training & Development/ or similar
- Organizational Development, HR, or related discipline preferred
- General knowledge of instructional design processes
- Knowledge of and experience with learning management systems (LMS) Skillsoft's Percipio Platform preferred
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a fast-paced, complex, multi-tasking virtual environment
- Provide troubleshooting and user support for digital content
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills, Captivate or similar software
- Occasional travel to various offices for onsite training when needed and as directed (up to 20% travel throughout the Americas)
Work Location: 2/3 Hybrid Schedule. Preferable locations are Daleville VA, Selma TX, or Amesbury, MA
