We are seeking a long-term Intern and/or an Associate to join our Business Operations team with the following qualifications:
Required Qualifications
- New graduates or 1–2-year experienced candidates with strong academic background
- Excellent written communication skills both in Turkish and English
- Proficient in computer skills such as MS Office applications
Job Description
- Support the planning, execution, and reporting of Client Feedback & Client Experience processes in order to strengthen relationship with our clients
- Support Service Lines on given research topics through interviews and online research, then consolidating, analysing and presenting the data
- Support Sector & Account Leaders on their key business development activities
- Meeting preparations, research & analysis, creating Microsoft Powerpoint presentations, documenting meeting minutes, support & follow up of action plans
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (including local and global teams) on various markets initiatives
- Prepare regular reports on business development metrics e.g., revenue, sales, pipeline, ticket size
- Participate in the automation of current reporting by using different business tools will be considered an asset (SQL Server, SPSS and Microsoft Power BI)
