To prepare personal data processing inventory, conduct legal analysis, produce legal documentation, and make VERBIS / IYS registration in compliance projects in the scope of personal data protection and commercial electronic communication legislations,
To provide time-effective and solution-oriented legal consultancy services to clients for their daily-basis requests,
To draft, negotiate and revise contracts on related matters,
To follow both local and international developments, write articles, and prepare announcements and presentations in the relevant fields as well as IT and technology law,
To participate in meetings of existing or prospective clients / business partners to be held in or out-of-town.

Graduated from a law school,
A postgraduate degree in one of the relevant working fields is preferred,
Excellent command of both written and spoken English,
Strong knowledge and minimum 1-3 years of experience in the fields of personal data protection law and commercial electronic communication law,
Participated in any stage of compliance projects on personal data protection law and commercial electronic communication law and experienced in legal analysis, producing legal documentation, and VERBIS / IYS registrations,
An understanding and enthusiasm in following the local and international developments, writing articles, and preparing announcements and presentations in the relevant fields as well as information technology law,
A team player with flexibility and adaptability to work in different roles and responsibilities,
Ability to take initiative,
Strong written and verbal communication skills to manage direct relationships with clients,
Able to work flexible working hours and fast-paced working environment,
Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment,
Outstanding analytical thinking and solution-oriented skills,
Strong attention to detail and responsibility,
Good working knowledge of MS Office programs, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint in particular, and outstanding presentation skills,
