About Our Client
Our client is a global FMCG company and we are looking for a HRBP who is directly reporting to Regional HR Director.
Job Description
- Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate. Conducts regular meetings with respective business units.
- Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required.
- Ensure HRGBS receives all necessary information related to the respective business units (changes in labor law, new HR requirements ect.)
- Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions). Gather information and support from Talent Develop,
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
- Consults with internal legal/counsel as appropriate on personnel matters.
- Develops (with TA function) contract terms for new hires, promotions and transfers.
- Aling with company's Talent & Reward policy and procedures
- Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
- Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
- Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met.
- Defines and manages cost efficiency initiatives in HR-related areas.
- Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR team to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
- Ensures human resources services and programs are in line with management philosophy, addresses employee needs and meets regulatory and budget constraints.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
The Successful Applicant
Our successful candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues; working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws. Advance level of English is a must.
