The Data, Digital and Technology (DD&T) Data Lead will create, maintain and leverage enterprise platforms and processes to govern and manage data designed to elevate customer engagement and deliver better patient outcomes.
The Data Lead will focus on improving local data governance and compliance, including setting the data strategy for the MCO (in-line with broader GEM, GPD, Enterprise frameworks), driving the adoption of best practices with respect to data hygiene and management across functional teams, and helping to prioritize data initiatives based on MCO business imperatives. He/She will ensure that key data utilized in the MCO is relevant, up-to-date, accurate, and well-documented.
The MCO DD&T Data Management Lead will also develop MCO insights and analytics capabilities aligned to GEM & GDP direction and will spearhead data consistency and data quality initiatives needed to facilitate deeper insights and analysis at the regional, GEM, and GPLS levels.
Key accountabilities
DD&T Data Management Delivery: Manage data that enables the strategic capabilities in the MCO such as Digital Patient Journey and Outcomes and Next Generation Customer Experience, ensuring compliance with the procedures and policies
Data Stewardship and Governance
Maintaining data catalog leveraging enterprise platforms (Collibra)
Understanding the landscape of transactional systems, data management and master data layer to analytics and consuming applications
Master Data Management: Keeping the reference books up-to-date. Ensuring the capability for cross-referencing of the data from multiple data sources at critical levels (In-Market, IQVIA, CRM, NBA Data)
Continuous monitoring of the Data Quality, establish consistent metrics to measure quality of data. Detection of the gaps and troubleshooting in coordination with GEM / Global teams
Building effective relationships with local and global internal partners to understand the data news, new demands, data dependencies and constantly analyze the feedback to identify opportunities for data management processes' improvement and optimization
Building and maintaining business datasets to meet business insights and analytical needs
Establishing the rules for data sharing / access matrix development and maintenance
Capacity Building
Improve data and analytics literacy through targeted capability building and drive adoption of DD&T offerings
Encourage Data Driven Culture and enable Data Driven Benefits to increase Business Value
Drive data visualization capability in MCO
Support and drive GEM/GPLS initiatives to facilitate analysis and improved visibility into trends across the MCO
SKILLS & LEADERSHIP CAPABILITIES
Experience and Education
Min 2 years of experience as a data analyst / data management lead
Expert in creation and optimization of data management processes and reports creation
Experience in development of BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) is mandatory
Experience in working with relational databases (MS SQL, MySQL..) ER modeling, API is preferred
Strong analytical skills; proficiency in SQL and Python/R preferred; proficiency in Excel mandatory
Knowledge and expertise in the use of data governance, profiling, analysis, and management tools
Data Science background preferred
Bachelor’s degree, ideally in a quantitative discipline (e.g. computer science, statistics, math, economics) preferred
