Position Summary
Description
Responsible for reporting and analysing;
- Monitors key success metrics: sales, conversion, AST, Productivity, data collection
- Prepares monthly sales & KPI forecasts by considering branding strategies and retail dynamics.
- Prepares and analyzes weekly, monthly, quarterly target, sales and KPI and P/L results for all brands in order to examine the data in detail and accurately under the retail perspective.
- Offers contest suggestions to increase sales in stores and reports the results of the contest / activities.
- Prepares monthly bonus and shares with HR. (part time and full time)
- Ensures that the targets are uploaded to the system, system improvements are provided, and the training of innovations abroad is provided to the team.
- Prepare presentations of Quarterly Region sales meetings.
- Provides monthly business update presentations and reports.
- Provide P&L guidance to field leadership to ensure financial objectives are met
- Increasing the efficiency of store operations, which can positively affect P/L. Organizes the monthly Operation Calendar to be prepared and shared with the stores.
Qualifications
- University level education or equivalent
- Min. 5 year experience in a similar position
- Good Command of English
- Excellence in Word, Excel and Power point
- Analytical minded
- Strong team player and communicator
- Sense of detail, autonomy, initiatives.
