About the Position

You will build relationships with our clients and play an essential role in developing and managing ongoing partnerships to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
What You'll Do:
Partner with clients to understand their current and future training needs, challenges and identify approaches to maximize goFLUENTs impact.
Onboard new clients as a goFLUENT product expert.
Analyze client data and conduct business reviews to drive a high level of engagement and satisfaction with the goFLUENT training solution.
Be a growth driver, by identifying upsell opportunities.
Collect feedback and analyze the learners experience to offer improvement opportunities and contribute to developing our digital solution.
What Youll Need:
Experience with working in customer service
At least 3 years experience in managerial level
At least a Bachelor/College Degree in any field
A relational ease, as well as your openness, are your assets to succeed in this position
An accommodating and customer-centric attitude
Excellent customer service skills and passionate about quality of service;

Relevant experience in the Training, e-Learning, HR solutions (SaaS) industry is definitely a plus!
