KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Monitoring equipment and machinery performance and developing preventive and corrective maintenance measures.
- Making adjustments to equipment such as replacing worn parts or setting controls.
- Provide on-demand corrective, 24/7 emergency services to customer.
- Understanding customer needs and concerns.
- Demonstrating a sense of urgency whilst never compromising safety or product quality.
- Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times consistent with client and company expectations, and in doing so help to promote the image of the company.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Previous service experience with Electro-mechanical systems.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to extract necessary information.
- Ability to read and understand technical documentation written in English.
- Ability and willingness to work on-call hours including weekend, night, and/or holiday work.
- Ability to work under pressure.
