As a member of a cross functional team, you lead RDQ activities required to complete process design and process deployment for innovation, growth and cost optimization projects across multiple geographies with an emphasis on delivering the desired consumer experience.

This position is for a process developer supporting the NA Region Candy/Seasonal Process Development team, as Process Developer based in Gebze, Turkey plant. The candidate will be responsible for the process development, optimization, and commercialization of snack products within the Candy category, while influencing technology decisions and pipeline development on associated brands. This position will have the opportunity to work on multiple technologies in and around Gebze manufacturing plant, and build strong relationships across RDQ, Supply Chain, Marketing, Research, etc.
The Candidate will be responsible for leading or supporting designing, planning and execution of experiments for scale-up trials to Gebze, with some Pilot Plant support as appropriate. They must also develop and manage project plans and timelines, ensuring that projects are delivered on time. Candidates should possess strong technical and project management skills, and effective communication skills.
The Candidate must be able to assess testing plans, gather and analyze data, and make recommendations based on findings. While the candidate will be a member of a team, they will need to be able to lead their assigned projects and collaborate with cross functional team members.
The Candidate must possess some experience in ingredient functionality, formulation, and commercialization. The individual must be able to write detailed process specifications and project reports, and able to support Quality and Manufacturing needs as it relates to their projects.
4-7 years of process development or manufacturing experience is required, preferably in the food industry.

- Support pipeline scoping and technical assessment of future innovation projects & ideas
- Process Steward for Gebze mfg plant, interfacing with Quality, MSC on-site
- Develop, update and maintain process/ product specification of assigned projects
- Support assessment of IP strategy, FTO as it relates to projects
