About this opportunity

The Application management/support Engineer Role supports the realization of IT solutions in test environment by providing specialized technical expertise on platforms and application servers in ADM Projects.

What you will do

  • As a technology expert, the Support Engineer, works with the customer, driving the technical architecture definition
  • Defining the full technical infrastructural environment of an IT solution.
  • Responsible for understanding and implementing business rules, deployments and
  • Requirements of the customer systems in recurrent business where the demands and the specifications are well defined testing projects.
  • This role will be responsible for the incident ticket handling within the given SLA resolution times.


You will bring

  • Entry level application management and support role experience required.
  • Experience in Microsoft OS and Linux/Unix OS,
  • Nice to have hands-on experience for application server technologies such as weblogic, tomcat, nginx, IIS etc.
  • Good troubleshooting and analysis skills.
  • Experience in containerization technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes and Openshift is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and must be able to communicate effectively with customers,
  • Proactively create procedures to prevent and reduce the severity of outages,
  • Willingness to be constantly learning,
  • Ability to develop and maintain clear and extensive documentation,
  • Good written and verbal english skills,
  • No military obligation at least in 2 years


This position is based in Turkey.
