Redstone Commodity Search are working with an international commodity trading house who are looking for a trade execution specialist to join their team in Istanbul.
Key Responsibilities / Tasks
- Work closely with the commercial traders liaising between multiple departments within international business, focusing on the EMEA region.
- Work with finance and operations teams in order to support the traders in the revision of the quarterly analysis results, making sure the info in the books is in line with the trade results
- Perform market research and analysis on PnL, book positions, clients and products
- Assist traders with the drafting of sales and purchase agreements, client offers, lot sheets, and preparing budgets, keeping a digital file of all of the above
- Provide the operations team with trade information so that they can trade with accurate updated information
- Role reports into the Global Head Trade Execution
Key Qualifications / Experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position within trade logistics and supply chain
- Strong Knowledge of international commodity trade and logistics
- Organised, resourceful and a strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
- Fluent in both written and verbal English
- Good computer skills with knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Located in Istanbul or happy to relocate
